Organic semiconductor materialIt is rich in electrons and is widely used in OLED devices as hole transport layer (HTL). High efficiency OLED devices can be fabricated by forming excimer complex (exciplexes) with electron deficient (electron-deficient) molecules (such as B4PyPPM) with TADF characteristics. Because it has a very high triplet energy level E.T= 2.7 eV, is also often used as exciton blocking layer (exciton block layer).
